About Tollington Surveyors
We are a growing team of fully qualified RICS Surveyors and Registered Valuers. We are based in Stroud Green, Haringey with excellent knowledge of local building design and construction as well as the surrounding areas such as Barnet and Islington. Our practice is RICS regulated.

We are Members of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) and the Institute of Work and Facilities (IWFM). We are also registered Expert Witness Surveyors.

Our team brings a wealth of experience, having previously worked with Dubai's sole Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) and the largest listed residential and hotel developers in Kuwait within the Middle East market. Furthermore, we boast senior management expertise from a Local Authority, overseeing significant renovations and streetscape projects. Our staff members have played pivotal roles, leading Disrepairs Surveying for a G15 Social Landlord and serving as the Head of Property for the most prominent Land Trust in the UK.
Our focus is to establish an ethical and simple-to-understand property advice service. We intend to ensure our clients receive a high-quality report quickly from Chartered Surveyors and RICS Registered Valuers, we also want to be different by talking plainly and understandably.
